Pizza Spirals Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ragu pizza quick sauce |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Hormel pepperoni, chopped |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Green giant frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1 cup | 237ml | Sargento light fancy shredded mozzarella |
Heat oven to 425F. Grease 2 cookie sheets.
Unroll dough; press into a 10" x 12" rectangle. Cut into 4 6" x 5" rectangles.
Spread each rectangle with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce to within 1/2" of edges. Top each with pepperoni, spinach and cheese.
Starting at the longest side, roll up jelly-roll fashion; seal edges well. Cut each roll into 10 1/2" slices. Place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
Serve warm.
Makes 40 appetizers.
