Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
3   Avocados - medium size
1 cup 237mlSour cream
1   Taco seasoning mix packet
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozGreen onions - chopped
7 oz 198gOlives - chopped
  Tortilla chips
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise
21 oz 596gBean dip - plain or jalapeno
3   Tomatoes - seeded and chopped
8 oz 227gSharp cheddar cheese - grated

Recipe Instructions

Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.

To assemble, spread bean dip on a large, shallow platter. Top with avocado mixture. Put on sour cream and taco mixture. Sprinkle wit chopped onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with shredded cheese.
