Tofu Dip

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gTofu
1/2 oz 14gRipe avocado (large)
2   Garlic cloves - chopped
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced fresh ginger
1/2 cup 20g / 0.7ozParsley leaves - (stems removed)
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlTahini or peanut butter - or- sunflower seed b
1 tablespoon 15mlApplesauce - -=or=-
1   - sugar or a little honey

Recipe Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until very smooth.

This delicious and healthful combination will compliment your garden beauties while it woos the most timid tofu skeptic. You can serve it with fresh vegetables or crackers or use it as a sandwich filling.

Makes about 2 cups.
