Vegetable Dip (Puerto Rico) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Hillman's mayoniase - no subsitute |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Seasoned salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dill seed |
Mix all ingredients and chill. Best made day ahead.
Serve with raw vegetables: celery, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, cauliflower, etc. (Bite size pieces)
