1 | Elbow macaroni - cooked according to | |
1 | Directions and drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Red and green seedless grapes |
1 cup | 237ml | Cucumber - peeled and cubed (medium) |
1 cup | 237ml | Sweet relish pickles - cubed |
5 | Hard boiled eggs - chopped | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Scallions - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
4 cups | 948ml | Cooked smoked turkey - cubed |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. Place macaroni in a large salad bowl. 2. Add all above ingredients to the macaroni. 3. Mix until well blended. 4. Serve with crackers and fruit.
