White Trash BBQ Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Brown sugar
2		Lemons
1 cup	237ml	Vinegar
3		Garlic
2 tablespoons	30ml	Ketchup
3 tablespoons	45ml	Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon	15ml	Onion - chopped (large)
3		Bacon
2 tablespoons	30ml	Worcestershire sauce
1 cup	237ml	Water
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1		Liquid smoke flavoring
		Pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Fry bacon until deep gold, add onions and finish frying until the onions start getting brown. Add garlic and everything else in the recipe and bring to a boil. Turn fire down and simmer until sauce thickens.
