Eastern North Carolina Barbecue Sauce With Butter - 1

Recipe Ingredients

8 tablespoons	120ml	Mustard
1 teaspoon	5ml	Pepper
6 tablespoons	90ml	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	White pepper
1 cup	237ml	Cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Soy sauce
2 teaspoons	10ml	Chili powder
2 tablespoons	30ml	Butter

Recipe Instructions

Combine all but soy & butter, heat 10 min. Add Soy and butter at end.
