Pork Bbq Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - finely minced |
3/4 cup | 69g / 2.4oz | Garlic - finely minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tiger sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Mustard |
Blend together all ingredients.
The technique used was to stab large holes in a pork roast, massage the sauce into the holes produced and marinate overnight.
