1/4 cup | 59ml | Dark rum |
1 cup | 237ml | Rice wine vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh squeezed |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Dark brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Thai chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh ginger - minced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry hot mustard |
Reduce the rumy by half over low heat.
Combine ingredients and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
A great marinade and mop for fresh pork
