| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Mushrooms - sliced |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Can boiled onions - drained, cut in half |
| 1 | Spaghetti sauce | |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Mozzarella cheese - sliced or grated |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ziti or other long tube pasta |
Preheat oven to 350F. In skillet, brown sausage until well done. Drain. Slice into 1/2" slices. Place back in drained skillet.
Add mushrooms, onions and spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 seconds. Stir occasionally. Cook pasta until just tender. Put half of pasta in 13x9" pan.
Top with mozzarella cheese, half of sauce, rest of past and remaining sauce. Bake at 350F. for 30 minutes. Can use cooked, cubed fresh onions for canned onions.
Can easily be cut in half.
