Crab Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCrabmeat
2   Eggs - separated & beaten
1 1/2 cups 355mlWhite sauce
1   Parsley or green pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlTabasco
1   Salt/pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Separate the eggs. Add beaten yolks to white sauce.

Mix all ingredients and fold in egg whites. Bake in 375F oven until brown, about 20 minutes.
