Christmas Balls

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons	45ml	Blue bonnet margarine
10 oz	284g	Large marshmallows
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Green food color
6 cups	240g / 8.5oz	Cheerios cereal
1 cup	237ml	Gumdrops (small)

Recipe Instructions

Heat margarine and marshmallows in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and food color.

Fold in cereal until well coated. Shape warm mixture into balls with buttered hands. Place balls on waxed paper.

Cut gumdrops into fourths; press onto balls. 6 balls.
