Fresh Fruit Ambrosia

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlOrange juice
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozClub soda
1 cup 237mlBanana - peeled (medium)
3 cups 711mlFresh fruit pieces - (such as, cantaloupe, grapes
  Pineapple - apple, pear, nectarine, plum,
  Melon - blueberries, - strawberries)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround cardamom
1 tablespoon 15mlSweetened coconut - (flaked
  OR shredded) - toasted

Recipe Instructions

Combine the orange juice, club soda, and banana in a blender and puree until smooth.

Pour over the fresh fruit mixture. Sprinkle with the nutmeg and cardamom.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle on the coconut and serve immediately.
