Quick And Creamy Applesauce Dessert

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Applesauce - unsweetened
1/2 cup	118ml	Nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Apple pie spice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Sugar

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Serve right away or chill for later serving.

This was altered to low-fat from the original recipe. Also to reduce the calories you can use a sugar substitute to equal the sugar.
