Anchovy Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 lb | Butter - softened | |
| 1 tablespoon | Anchovy paste | |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Blend soft butter with the anchovy paste and lemon juice. Best made ahead. Always chill.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of flavored butter.
