Curried Frogs' Legs

Serves: 2 people

Recipe Ingredients

4   Pair Frogs' legs
2 tablespoons 30mlSalad oil
2 tablespoons 30mlButter
2 tablespoons 30mlDry white wine
2 teaspoons 10mlCurry powder
1   Salt
1   Freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 cup 59mlHeavy cream
  Chutney - for serving

Recipe Instructions

Dry legs will with paper towels and saute in oil and butter over high heat for about 5 minutes. Pour off fat and add wine. Cover skillet and cook over high heat for about 3 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over legs; heat to simmering. Serve with chutney.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
