|4||Sheets Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty|
|Aluminum Foil - (12" by 18" ea)|
|1 lb||454g / 16oz||Peeled deveined medium uncooked shrimp|
|4 cups||640g / 22oz||Cooked rice|
|1/2 lb||227g / 8oz||Smoked sausage - sliced|
|1||Diced tomatoes with garlic and onions - (14 1/2 oz)|
|1||Green bell pepper - chopped (medium)|
|3 teaspoons||15ml||Dried Cajun seasoning - (to 4)|
|1 teaspoon||5ml||Hot sauce|
Preheat Sunbeam or GrillMaster grill to medium-high.
Combine shrimp, rice, sausage, tomatoes, green pepper, Cajun seasoning and hot sauce.
Center one-fourth of mixture on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Repeat to make four packets.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes in covered grill.
