Apricot Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1		Active dry yeast
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
3 tablespoons	45ml	Brown sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Butter - room temperature
1 cup	237ml	Dried apricots - cut in quarters
1 1/4 cups	296ml	Orange juice

Recipe Instructions

Ingredients should be at room temperature. Add all ingredients in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Use White or Basic setting. Crust color as desired.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
