Bacon Egg Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
3		Eggs - plus (large)
		Enough water to make 1 cup
		Liquid, plus an additional
2 tablespoons	30ml	Water
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Butter
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
6		Bacon - cooked crisp,
		And crumbled
2 teaspoons	10ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf

Comments : Use bacon fat in place of the butter for a more smoky taste.
