Wonderful Buttermilk Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1 1/8 cups	266ml	Water
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Butter
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
2 tablespoons	30ml	Buttermilk powder
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
2 1/2 teaspoons	12ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in in the order specified by your machine's manual. Select the "Basic" or "White" cycle and press "Start".

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
