Red Lobster's Shrimp And Radish Canapes

Recipe Ingredients

1   Red Lobster Cocktail Shrimp Party Platter (small)
2   Cream cheese - (3 oz ea) - softened
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCrumbled blue cheese - softened
2 teaspoons 10mlFinely-chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlWorcestershire sauce
4   Radishes
  Parsley sprigs - (optional)
30   Melba toast or cracker rounds

Recipe Instructions

Combine softened cheeses with onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

Thinly slice radishes. Split each shrimp to the tail; open and place a radish slice in the slit.

Place a dab of cheese dip on each toast round; top with shrimp-radish combination. Garnish with small parsley sprigs, if desired.

This recipe yields 30 canapes.
