1 | Red Lobster Cocktail Shrimp Party Platter (small) | |
2 | Cream cheese - (3 oz ea) - softened | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Crumbled blue cheese - softened |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Finely-chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
4 | Radishes | |
Parsley sprigs - (optional) | ||
30 | Melba toast or cracker rounds |
Combine softened cheeses with onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Thinly slice radishes. Split each shrimp to the tail; open and place a radish slice in the slit.
Place a dab of cheese dip on each toast round; top with shrimp-radish combination. Garnish with small parsley sprigs, if desired.
This recipe yields 30 canapes.
