1 | Potato - diced (medium) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Caraway seeds - if desired |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - halved, sliced thin (large) |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Polish sausage - (to 2 lbs) - cut into 1" pieces |
1 | Chicken broth - (14 oz) |
Combine all ingredients in crockpot, mixing well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
