1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Black coffee |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1 | Onion - chopped (medium) |
Dredge roast in flour, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Brown all sides in large skillet in hot olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients in crockpot. Add roast, turning to coat with liguids. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
