1   Onion - diced
1   Italian-style stewed tomatoes - (11 oz)
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozDark brown sugar - (packed)
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozCountry-style pork ribs - cut individual sections
  Sprinkle of celery seeds

Recipe Instructions

In a crockpot layer all ingredients, with pork ribs bone-side up. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, then 1 hour before serving turn to HIGH.
