Herb Seasoning For Fish

1 tablespoon 15mlFinely-chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlDried parsley flakes
  = (or 1 tbspn snipped fresh parsley)
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCrushed dried rosemary
1   Freshly-ground black pepper
4 teaspoons 20mlMelted margarine

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Spread over fish fillets. Use regular method for baking or broiling fish.

This recipe yields 1/4 cup. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.
