Spunky Spaghetti Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground chuck |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic - (1 clove) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried crushed oregano |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
4 | Red Hot sauce | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Tomato sauce - (15 oz ea) | |
1 | Tomato paste - (6 oz) | |
1 | Diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) |
In a large skillet, brown ground chuck over medium-high heat, then drain well.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir often.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
