Spicy Tomato Bouillon Recipe - Cooking Index
This soup requires just five simple ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your kitchen. Worcestershire and horseradish sauces add a nice spiciness without being overpowering. For a heartier soup, add 1/3 cup cooked rice to each bowl and ladle the soup on top. This will add 1 starch exchange or 15 grams of carbohydrate per serving.
Courses: Soup1 3/4 cups | 414ml | Tomato juice |
1 | Condensed beef broth - (10 3/4 oz) | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Serve hot.
