1 x  Black beans - (15 oz) - drained
1 tablespoon  Sesame tahini
1 tablespoon  Low-fat sour cream
4   Garlic cloves - minced
1 tablespoon  Minced tomato
1 tablespoon  Lime juice
1 teaspoon  Cumin
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
