Salmon Spread

  Removed, well drained
8 oz 227gReduced-fat cream cheese - softened
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
3 tablespoons 45mlGrated onion
1 teaspoon 5mlLiquid smoke seasoning
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped fresh parsley

Recipe Instructions

Flake the salmon and combine it with all the ingredients. Chill before serving with your favorite crackers.
