Salmon Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
16 oz | 454g | Canned salmon - skin and bones |
Removed, well drained | ||
8 oz | 227g | Reduced-fat cream cheese - softened |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Grated onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Liquid smoke seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
Flake the salmon and combine it with all the ingredients. Chill before serving with your favorite crackers.
