1   Water 1/4 Cup plus 1 Tbsp
2 tablespoons 30mlButter or margarine - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlMolasses
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozSaurkraut - well drained and chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown Sugar
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozRye Flour
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozBread Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlCaraway seeds
2 1/4 teaspoons 11mlActive dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Put the ingredients into the bread machine tin in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast). Use basic bread cycle setting. Light Crust.
