Master Kit Ballon Recipe - Cooking Index
A specialty of The Kittenmuhle, just outside Zurich.
Courses: Dessert1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
6 oz | 170g | Cherry Heering liqueur |
2 | Strawberry ice cream - preferably home made | |
6 | Strawberries (large) |
Whip cream with sugar. Fold in a bit of liqueur to taste. Divide half of cream into 6 glasses, followed by half of ice cream. Coat with half of liqueur. Top with remaining cream, ice cream, and liqueur. Garnish with strawberries.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
