Speedy Barbecued Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Cut-up chicken - (to 3 1/2 lbs) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Fast-Track Barbecue Sauce - (see recipe) |
Place chicken in dish and microwave 4 minutes; turn pieces over and microwave another 3 minutes. Chicken should be about half-cooked.
Grill chicken over medium to medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes. Turn and rotate chicken every 2 minutes to cook evenly. Baste with 3/4 cup barbecue sauce during the last 4 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
