Macaroni With Cream

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozShell macaroni
1 1/2   Heavy cream
6 oz 170gGrated swiss cheese
2 oz 56gGrated cheddar
  Butter - salt, pepper
  Nutmeg

Recipe Instructions

Cook macaroni al dente (almost done ) Drain and replace macaroni in pot. add cream and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally. Stir in each cheese individually and stir well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place in casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake in 500F oven just to brown top. Serve with red wine, green salad and fruit for dessert. Double recipe for a party dish.
