1   Frozen chopped spinach - thawed
2 lbs 908g / 32ozSmall curd cottage cheese
3 tablespoons 45mlSoy flour
6   Eggs
5 tablespoons 75mlButter - diced
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSharp cheddar cheese
12 oz 340gCrabmeat

Recipe Instructions

Beat eggs. Add all ingredients and mix together. Bake in a greased 9- by 13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
