Tortilla Dessert Wraps Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Almond paste |
4 | Flour tortillas - (8" dia) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mini-marshmallows |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk chocolate chips |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Coconut flakest |
Whipped cream - for topping | ||
Vanilla ice cream - for serving |
Preheat a grill to low.
Spread almond paste evenly on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 of the marshmallows and 1/4 of the chocolate chips and 1/4 of the coconut on half of each tortilla. Roll the tortilla up and wrap in heavy-duty foil; seal tightly.
Grill over low heat until heated through, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove foil and place on a plate. Garnish with fresh sweetened whipped cream or prepared whipped topping. Serve vanilla ice cream on the side.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
