Caprese Antipasticks

Recipe Ingredients

1   Eight-inch bamboo skewers
1   Cherry or grape tomatoes
2   Bocconcini - (1 lb ea) - drained
  = (small balls of fresh mozzarella)
24   Fresh basil leaves
  Extra-virgin olive oil - for drizzling
  Coarse salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

For caprese sticks, skewer tomatoes and bocconcini bites, placing basil leaves between them. Drizzle these sticks with extra-virgin oil and season with salt and pepper, to your taste.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
