Crabmeat Martini With Scallions, Onion Seeds, Pepper Vodka

Recipe Ingredients

2   Scallions - thinly sliced
2 tablespoons  Onion seeds - plus
1 tablespoon  Onion seeds
1   Lemon - zested and juiced
4 tablespoons  Extra-virgin olive oil
1 x  Pepper vodka - (1 1/2 oz)
1 tablespoon  Dry vermouth
1 cup  Cleaned watercress
1 lb  Fresh crab meat - picked through
  For shells
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In mixing bowl, mix scallions, 2 tablespoons onion seeds, lemon juice and zest, extra virgin olive oil, vodka, vermouth, watercress, crab meat and salt and pepper, to taste. Toss until all ingredients are mixed and divide among 4 martini glasses. Sprinkle with remaining onion seed and serve.
