Maple Butternut Fudge

3 cups 984g / 34ozFancy or medium amber Vermont maple syrup
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped walnuts
  Butter - for pan

Recipe Instructions

Boil syrup to 234 degrees. Cool quickly. Stir until syrup starts to lighten and thicken. Add nuts. Pour into a buttered 8-inch by 8-inch pan.
