3 cups | 984g / 34oz | Fancy or medium amber Vermont maple syrup |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped walnuts |

Boil syrup to 234 degrees. Cool quickly. Stir until syrup starts to lighten and thicken. Add nuts. Pour into a buttered 8-inch by 8-inch pan.
