Roasted Red Pepper Sauce II

2   Red bell peppers - roasted, chopped (large)
  = (or store-bought roasted red peppers)
1/4 cup 59mlExtra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlFresh lemon juice - or to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlBalsamic vinegar - or to taste
  Cayenne - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a blender blend together the bell pepper, the oil, the lemon juice, the vinegar, the cayenne, 1 tablespoon water, and salt and black pepper, to taste.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
