Hamburg Pizza

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
3/4 cup	177ml	Prepared pizza sauce
1		Prepared pizza dough round - (14" dia)
3/4 cup	109g / 3.8oz	Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Diced tomato
5 oz	142g	Hamburger patty - cooked, and
		Broken into chunks
3 oz	85g	Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons	30ml	Finely-chopped scallions

Recipe Instructions

Combine the Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and pizza sauce. Reserve until needed.

Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Top with the Tabasco pizza sauce, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the sauce and top with the tomato and hamburger.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 7 minutes.

Sprinkle scallion over pizza. Allow to cool, cut into 8 slices.

This recipe yields 8 slices.
