Fresh Berry Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped fresh strawberries
1 cup 237mlFresh raspberries
3 tablespoons 45mlConfectioners' sugar - or to taste
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lemon juice - or to taste

Recipe Instructions

In food processor, combine strawberries and raspberries and process until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar and process to blend.

Strain sauce through fine-mesh sieve set over medium bowl. Discard seeds. Stir lemon juice into sauce. Serve right away or refrigerate up to 3 days.

This recipe yields 1 cup.
