Roasted Chicken Wings With Black Bean Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

960   Chicken wings
1 tablespoon 15mlBlack bean sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlLight soy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
3   Garlic cloves - finely chopped
4   Fresh red or green chilies - finely chopped (small)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround white pepper

Recipe Instructions

Remove the final fingertip of the wings and the arm bone (the one closest to the body).

In a roasting dish, mix all the ingredients, ensuring that the chicken wings are well coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Arrange the wings on to the boned bases with the bone in the center as below. Roast the chicken wings for about 30 minutes.
