Roasted Chicken Wings With Black Bean Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
960 | Chicken wings | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black bean sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
3 | Garlic cloves - finely chopped | |
4 | Fresh red or green chilies - finely chopped (small) | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground white pepper |
Remove the final fingertip of the wings and the arm bone (the one closest to the body).
In a roasting dish, mix all the ingredients, ensuring that the chicken wings are well coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Arrange the wings on to the boned bases with the bone in the center as below. Roast the chicken wings for about 30 minutes.
