Flank Steak In Mushroom Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Flank steak
1/4 cup	59ml	Sauterne wine
1 tablespoon	15ml	Soy sauce
1		Garlic - minced
10 1/2 oz	298g	Beef broth
1 tablespoon	15ml	Catsup
1 teaspoon	5ml	Mustard
1 tablespoon	15ml	Minced onions
2 tablespoons	30ml	Cornstarch
2 tablespoons	30ml	Water
1/4 lb	113g / 4oz	Fresh much - sliced

Recipe Instructions

Place steak in slow-cooking pot. Combine sauterne, soy sauce, garlic, broth, catsup, mustard, and onion; pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into pot. Add mushrooms.

Turn control to high; cover and cook on high 20 to 30 minutes or until mushrooms are done.
