Orchard Harvest Pork Kabobs

Recipe Ingredients

4   Wooden (soak in water before using) or met
1 lb 454g / 16ozPork loin - cut into 3/4-inch cu
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozCherry preserves
2 teaspoons 10mlDijon-style mustard
1/3 cup 78mlWhite vinegar

Recipe Instructions

Divide pork cubes evenly and place on skewers.

Prepare charcoal grill. Grill cubes until golden brown on all sides. Transfer to baking dish.

Preheat oven to bake at 350F.

Stir together preserves, mustard and vinegar. Pour over pork kabobs.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until pork is tender.

To serve, spoon sauce over each kabob.
