Lemon Marinate For Barbeques

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon juice
1 teaspoon	5ml	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Crushed green chilli
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ajwain crushed
		Salt to taste
1/2 cup	118ml	Water

Recipe Instructions

Mix and sprinkle over required vegetables, toss and keep aside for as long

as state in recipe.

Makes 3/4 cup marinate.

Make as required.
