125 | Roasted gram flour - (besan) | |

For The Garnish | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chaat masala powder |
Lime juice - as needed |
"SHAKARKANDHI KE SEEKH (Sweet potato kabobs served with mint chuntey)"
*(also known as khoa or khoya) is milk cooked down until fudge-like
MIX sweet potatoes, mawa, paneer, ginger, mint leaves, cashew nuts, nutmeg and the seasoning. Add gram flour and bind to a dough. Take small portions of the dough and put on skewers as for seekh kabobs. Cook in medium hot tandoor until done. Sprinkle chaat masala and lime juice on top. Serve with mint chutney.
