Beef Jerky #2 (My Favorite) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper - (more for hot) |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion salt |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef roast |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon pepper |
Slice beef in 1/4-inch thin strips.
Marinate meat 1 hour or overnight.
Bake in oven 150 to 170F, overnight for 10 - 12 hours.
