Southwestern Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Lime juice |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tequila |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Glove garlic - minced (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Jalapeno pepper - chopped (small) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Combine all ingredients. Pour over peeled jumbo shrimp or soft-shelled crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Brush marinade on while grilling.
