Southwestern Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup	78ml	Lime juice
1/3 cup	78ml	Olive oil
2 tablespoons	30ml	Tequila
2 tablespoons	30ml	Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon	15ml	Glove garlic - minced (medium)
1 tablespoon	15ml	Jalapeno pepper - chopped (small)
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Pour over peeled jumbo shrimp or soft-shelled crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Brush marinade on while grilling.
