Recipe Ingredients

3 cups  All-purpose flour - sifted
3 teaspoons  Baking powder
1/2 cup  Margarine - softened
1 1/2 cups  Sugar
1 x  Egg
1/3 cup  Milk
  Topping:
1/2 cup  Margarine - cold
1/2 cup  Brown sugar
1/2 cup  Granulated sugar
1 cup  All-purpose flour - sifted
1 teaspoon  Vanilla
  Cinnamon - to taste
  Apples

Recipe Instructions

Mix first six ingredients until soft dough forms. Dump into greased jelly roll pan.

With buttered hands spread until covers pan evenly. Peel and slice apples to cover dough. Use lots.

For topping: mix remaining ingredients and crumble on top. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
