Chocolate Chunk Peanut Blossom Cookies (4 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1   Betty Crocker® Supreme dessert bar mix cookie bars
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozMargarine or butter - softened
1   Egg
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozChopped peanuts
  About 18 milk chocolate kisses - unwrapped

Recipe Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350°. Stir bar mix, margarine and egg thoroughly (mixture

will be crumbly until dough forms). Stir in peanuts.

2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto

ungreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown (cookies will become deeper

in color as they stand). Immediately place chocolate kiss on each cookie,

pressing down so that cookie cracks around edge. Cool slightly; remove from

cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack. Store in airtight container.

1 Cookie: 165 calories (70 calories from fat); 8 g fat (4 g saturated);

2 mg cholesterol; 100 mg sodium; 21 g carbohydrate (0 g dietary fiber);

2 g protein.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Decrease margarine to 1/4 cup.
